Expected delivery time:
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (online paid orders).
Shipping and Customs Duties:
Shipping charges are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations:
Once your order has been placed there is no option to cancel it or replace it with any other outfit.

If an order has been dispatched out nationally or internationally, customers will be given all the shipping details (shipment tracking number, etc. Please note after the order has been collected by the courier ZoyaFatima does not take responsibility for it.

- Within Pakistan: 7 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- International: 10 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)

- ZoyaFatima will not refund or exchange in any of the above mention cases or will not be held liable for any damage done by the client (e.g. washing, ironing, dry cleaning, etc.
- ZoyaFatima does not offer any alterations on the Ready To WEAR range.
- The orders will be delivered 5 days after the pre booking ends.
